- First we sweep clear all loose debris, and cover any ornamental plants. - Then we use a deck stripper/cleaner to scrub away years of decay and mildew. - After scrubbing the cleanser into the surface, the structure is blasted by a high pressure water spray to remove the grey dingy color of your structure. - After proper drying time, the deck will be inspected to check for proper cleaning. - After inspection, usually 48 hours after washing, a coat of High Quality Sealer will be applied BY BRUSH. We find that using a pump sprayer leaves puddles and excess application of sealer. - One final inspection will be made about 24-36 hours after application of sealer.
